Before I order I need to make sure all you mattreses and box springs
are new - not refurbished or used. After I know that I can go ahead and order.

I placed an order on Sunday, recieved an email stating my set was shipped out Monday but I don't need the mattress for a couple of weeks. Can I tell the delivery company to hold the set for me until then.

The freight company may charge a fee to hold the merchandise for that long. In the future just notify us in advance if you need the delivery delayed. We will gladly hold the mattress set for you at no charge until you need it.

A pillowtop mattress has a layer of materials loosely attached over the entire surface of the mattress resembling a large pillow. Eurotops have an additional layer of padding sewn on the top of the mattress but unlike the pillowtop the edges are stitched down along the tape edge of the mattress.
